To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy my program due to the career progression, pay, extra-curricular opportunities and because of how it develops me as a person

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I am developing my stakeholder management skills, leadership skills and learning how to be comfortable being uncomfortable. I have learnt how to run meetings, get your voice heard and have the confidence to join any team, do any work and make myself a valued member.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
I am well supported and there is a straightforward structure and format in regards to completing my apprenticeship
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I have quarterly check ups with my skills coach to help make sure I am progressing and happy. From personal experience I have had a lot of support when it's come to personal life matters and have been helped out by my employer to handle this.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
There is always a tutor willing to talk with me if needed and they try to cater the program to help align with the work I do.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I find I do learn more from the workplace but that is more because of the way I learn. However, there is skills I have been taught at university that I can use for future roles.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
They take you on outward bound in your 1st year and there is social activities but that more depends on your team than the company as a whole. However, there is multiple charity and STEM events to get involved with across the year.
