It hasn't helped so far... I only have a year left. The stuff i am learning with provider now is stuff i learned at work way before because i spent the previous 2 years learning about stuff completely unrelated to my role i.e. Technology solutions development or data science or networks... while some skills from those areas are transferable. a lot of it wasnt at all

Why?
BAE as a company is amazing to work for and really supportive. They just either need to switch providers or get the provider to teach people specialisms from the get go.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Prepare for numerous test and trials during the application phase
