I have been really enjoying the programme, I have the time to do it and feel like I am achieving something.

Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

very organised, have meetings with coach. Classroom sessions are booked in advance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots, I have time allowed each week in order for me to complete work on my apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get any support needed, in our monthly meetings we go through what I have completed, where I need to go next and if I need any help.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that it does help, its gives me new ways of working and I learn throughout each stage I complete.
