on a day to day basis i collect and send post, scan and print documents, schedule deeds and carry our land registry searches.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy my apprenticehship alot as i feel it is very interesting and i feel i am able to expand my knowledge.

i hav elearnt alot of new skills since being at cms such as organisation, problem solving and time management.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

my programme is very well organised as we are given 3 hours a week protected time to focus on our apprenticeship. we also are offered lots of training and are able to attend lots of workshops such a ready to work one in which external people came to CMS.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i recive alot of support from my employer and feel comfortable that i had any issues i could talk to someone. i have weekly catchups to make sure i am doing okay and ask any questions i may have.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i recieve alot of support and encoragemnt and i am always able to ask for help if needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i feel it gives me a better understandign of myslef therefore i am able to apply this to my work.

yes CMS offers alot of activities throught the company and lots of workshops and training.
