My role was basically helping my team whenever they needed help. They explained to me the tasks i had and i had to complete what was needed. Everyday, we had team meetings updating our tracker and progress individually and as a team on the engagement
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Enjoyed it but not as last year as my team was in the same office as e and also had the opportunity to work in client site.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I believe this year i developed my professional scepticism skills and also my teamwork skills as my team was based in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Didn't have the opportunity to work on client site and had little contact with clients which didn't help me on my professional relationship skills.

Overall i would say that is a well structured programme as it involves accommodation and the programmers check on us throughout the program

Because you get the experience of working into a big firm with respected clients. Its a very good challenge

Sometimes the workload is too much so you have to be patient and optimistic.
