Why?
It's a really supportive environment and I think competitively compensated (when you take annual leave, flexi time, WFH, pay etc into account) for the workload we have.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Department for Work and Pensions?
The Civil Service application process is a little unusual but there are resources online that an help. Once you join you won't want to leave.
