Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Now sitting my third year and having rotated into my third department (one per year), I currently work for the Business Spaces National Valuation Team. Day to Day, this involves visiting and inspecting assets in order to be able to value them, typically based off of comparable information.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have so far very much enjoyed this scheme - there is a great variety of work you're involved in also complimented by the opportunity to rotate and choose your department for each year across all four years.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Now three years in, I have significantly developed both soft skills and core knowledge revolving around real estate, transactions and commercial lease knowledge.

We have an in-office gym I visit, a run club and tennis club which I am involved in however there are plenty more. There are also numerous networks.
