Involves working hand in hand with other members of the team to help aid lending deals - working on admin work alongside other activities that facilitate the lend
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my program a lot, it gives me a greater chance of expressing myself in different ways on different things and my team is very helpful.

It is very organised the timetable is always structured and it is convenient for me

A lot of support, my team is young and very welcoming and my manager is also very helpful
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support too, my handler is very understanding and patient with me and endeavours to guide me to his best ability
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Yes some of the knowledge I gain from the qualification is transferable and does help me in my day to day
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We do at least one team social every month ad alongside that we do volunteering as a team. networking events every quarter too
