Work in Capital Sales, set up zoom meeting with commercial directors from different companies, meetings last around 30 minutes and we provide support in helping business improving their transactions using tailored solutions, and there are range of products that are available.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy it, the team is really great and everyone is soo helpful, the managers are there to push you to become the best. And you get to do the same job as everyone who works at the department.

Its well organised, i have an amazing coach, a line manager, a training provider and a funny programme champion, which makes it great to work and thrive within the programme.

Went to many social events, Christmas staff ones, apprentice networking ones and apprentice Christmas socials, and they were amazing
