4/5
I have learnt new excel skills and attended multiple training sessions to improve those skills.

4/5
When I first joined there was induction and Cummins learning centre sessions to help with my primary training entering the business, I also have structured college days with new study material in the mornings and supported revision in the afternoon.

My team and managers are supportive, I receive mental health counselling regularly throughout the month which I receive flexibility for and I am appreciative of this. However, as our targets are driven heavily by profit and outcomes, sometimes there is not enough recognition an individuals personal situations.

I receive lots of support from my tutor during the college day and I receive support from assessor inside and outside of this environment.

I feel strongly that my studies support my everyday work tasks.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
We are required to do a EEEC program - Every Employee, Every Community - where we complete work for our local community, eg working with food banks and primary schools.
