The programme is well structured. The support from the team, and managers, makes it great to work collaboratively and allows for clear actions to keep organised

My employer provides a lot of support from either an academic perspective with a study mentor, or through my day to day job helping me enhance my skills, or anything I don't do, being able to shadow or learn about their work

Be yourself. Focus on who you really are, what achievements you have had, and how you wish to grow or develop yourself in either your role you're applying for, or even a 5 year plan
