I've learnt a lot of new skills in software and machinery threw formal and informal training from work and university. I found that my skills are seamlessly transferred and allowed me to really excel in my role.

4/5
I think this apprenticeship is well structured, and with Cummins being so open to new changes and ideas I will like it is always improving.

Being able to do labs and practical work at the university has helped me feel more competent in doing practical tasks at work. And the learning style of this course, integrating mathematical questions into realistic engineering problems helps me reflect and utilize these skills at work.

5/5
Cummins host many EEEC (every employee every community) events where we go to old peoples homes, forests to build paths etc. to give back to the committee. As apprentices we also do a lot of careers events, where we travel to schools and spread information regarding STEM courses.
