Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Service assurance manager, ensuring quality outcomes first time for claimants
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
not much feedback from my tutor compared to others on the course.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have leant how coaching can play a role in my work life , and which coaching models to use

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
everything is already in my calendar upto August this year
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a lot of support, they give me lots of opportunities to develop my coaching role.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
1/5
Bare minimum. Whilst I do have one to ones, my work takes a long while to be looked at, there is no weekly/fortnightly emails , giving hints and tips on how to up the OTJ hours. I have complained about lack of marking , as did my line manager
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
It makes me look at things differently, rather than telling someone where to find information etc, I now let them come to the same conclusion, by asking the right questions.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Yes, several, although I dont have a lot of spare time. However I do have a few extra things already pencilled in
