In my Operational Delivery role at DWP, I support customers by providing guidance on benefits, job opportunities, and services. My daily tasks include processing claims, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring policies are followed. I work with colleagues to solve problems and improve outcomes. This apprenticeship has given me valuable hands-on experience, professional growth, and confidence in a customer-focused environment.
