To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
i enjoy the programe alot as it allows me to gain so much practical experience while having to do my degree

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
i have learned about the Lean system, DISS, Tableau, Excel, Communication, Team work, project work, and leadership

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
it is very well structure, i have my classes weekly
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
they are very supportive, and helps me with any issue i come across
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
1/5
i am not very happy with my training provider as the cohort i am in is very experienced and it feels uncomfortable to be with such experienced people as they know what is going on in the class so the class keeps going on.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
It's a bit related to what I do at work. The first year was not at all relatable to what I do and I was very much ahead at work. Second year was still relatable as we did more on Tableau, and because my work doesn't use Python, I found no use of it at all.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
yes there are multiple committees at work that i can be a part of
