Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I call and email our business clients everyday to qualify whether we are able to provide them with our services. I also complete outbound campaigns which is 'cold' outreach to companies to sell our products. I alos monitor a live chat called 'drift' supporting clients with any queries.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
Overall, I do enjoy the apprenticeship as it is challenging at times but is still motivating and I feel grateful to be on such a competitive programme, which I will finish with a degree with no student debt and a good career progression trajectory.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learned new sales skills and methods such as 'SPIN' training which has helped me perform in my role. I have also developed time-management and organisation skills as balancing my studies as well as my everyday role is challenging at times.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
It is fairly well stuctured
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
I do receive support if I need it and ask for it. Overall, I don't always take my 6 hours of allocated time as I don't want to fall behind on everyday workload. However, it is my responsibility to be vigilant in taking my designated university hours every week
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I feel I receive sufficient support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Quite well
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, I participate in volunteering opportunities where I can. For example, I attended a Careers Fair at Nottingham City College to promote degree apprenticeships to college students and share my experience so far.
