Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Analysing public website performance and improving the customer journey to improve commercial outcomes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I enjoyed the content. I wasn't as keen on the method of delivery. The virtual training days were hard to get through.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I learnt lots of new skills. The main one being the story that data tells rather than just providing numbers. Many new technical skills learnt through Excel, Power Query and PowerPoint

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
It flowed very well as one topic added to and built on the one previous.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
So much. Given time to complete tasks and an opportunity to talk things through with my line manager, as well as other stakeholders in the business that offered expert support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I had support there when I needed it. Contact was responded to quickly and actions followed up on.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It will help me to tell a story using data I collect. I will be able to collect more specific metrics and be able to analyse and explain trends to a variety of different stakeholders.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Yes
