Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
2/5
Successfully delivering projects on time and to budget. Working with internal stakeholders & external suppliers to manage the delivery of change into the learning function
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
The pace is too slow and the portals/learning materials are not of the standard I'd expect

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
2/5
Still early days but developing some existing skills in Excel and the wider data industry

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
Difficult to say as I'm only one quarter through the programme. Currently, it's adequate.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
I've recently changed roles so this is something that will need to be picked up with my new line manager but he is aware of the programme and is keen to support
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
There is limited interaction with the provider which is a web-based learning activity each month and coaching sessions in between. I've not needed support except navigating the providers portal that I feel needs to be improved
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
It doesn't as yet as the course is only a small portion of the way through. I expect this to become much more apparent over the next few months.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Yes - but limited and only when organised by members of the local team I work with on a daily basis
