As a data analyst, I have to obtain, clean, manipulate and analyse data in order to create business-centered insights.

I enjoy it a lot, the majority of people are helpful and nice.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have currently gained further skills in SQL and R. In the future I may be given tasks in Python so I would improve my skills in this too.

The apprenticeship side is well structured. At times my department lacks organisation in terms of advising us on the tasks we have to complete.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They support me a lot. They ensure I know that I can ask them any questions that I require answers to.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot. My training provider's mentor is responsive most of the time and they provide me with extra resources to help me complete my assignments.

It will teach me how to properly analyse data and what insights I can find from them also.
