A manager role covering the customer experience throughout the restaurant, talking and communicating to customers, listening to customers feedback and helping with any complaints.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it thoroughly, I believe I’m learning a lot about the process of my workplace and more of the behind the scenes stuff
