How well organised/structured is your programme?

There was a little uncertainty at the start but now it is up and running the providers seem very well organised and the programme is structured well.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

They have been very supportive so far in giving us time to complete the required work for the apprenticeship.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

So far it's been restricted to contact days, but I'm sure if I needed it I could seek further support

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps to consolidate a deep understanding of fraud in general, legislation and principles that surround and influence my role

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes - I have joined HASSRA but have yet to come across or experience anything related to it. I would be interested in joining a sports team but there doesn't seem to be one local to me.

Why?

So far they have been accommodating and supportive. There is a good work balance and there have been adequate provisions to enable me to comfortably do what is expected of me.
