I do a variety of things. I develop software, monitor and modify customers networks. Additionally, I interact with a range of stakeholders, across several organisations.

It has improved significantly. Several changes have occurred throughout my 4 years, which have acted both positively and negatively to varying degrees. However, the overall outcome is significantly positive.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive ample support. There are always mentors available to discuss with and shadow when necessary.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Significant. There are a variety of certifications and qualifications provided by the organisation. Ample time is provided by the organisation in order to progress the qualifications.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Significantly, having a relevant degree will provide me with a range of additional skills which I did not have prior.
