My role to to lead a team of 12 colleagues, I manage and lead this team to support our customers.

Celebrate the apprenticeship colleagues who have completed this I’ve received nothing but a well done, it doesn’t seem like this is celebrated enough and I received a letter through the post that with my certificate and instead this should been presented to me to recognise my distinction.
