Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
My role consists of making contact with claimant and reviewing their entitlement to receive our services.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
1/5
I do not like my program at all. The course is completely inappropriate for the role I am working, and has resulted in me having to lie and manipulate details of my employment for the sake of meeting marking criteria. I have learnt nothing new while undertaking it.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
2/5
I have learnt few new skills beyond learning how to navigate and use internal software.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
There is a clear structure in place for the completion of the apprentice. But due to its lack or relation to my role, I've found it has taken much longer to complete.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
1/5
My employer has attempted to provide support throughout. But again, due to the incompatibility between the course and the job, they could not offer much advice.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
1/5
They have attempted to provide support, but fundamentally do not acknowledge the inapplicability of the assessment being completed. I have outright been told to lie to ensure I'm completing the course.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
No I have found the qualification has been a hindrance to my role as it has required me to take days and focus away from my work for the sake of proving in learning, when the lessons are unrelated to the role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
Again, not only are their no extracurricular activities, my job role itself is not relevant to the program. This has meant that even though I have easily completed the assessments, providing evidence of practicing the skill has been impossible.
