My role is of a Fraud Investigator role. I am very new to this role so i am still learning. My tasks involve looking through benefit systems and other internal systems and bank accounts to recognise patterns of error and fraud. It also involves attending arrests and gathering evidence from scene and assisting in IUC interviews around the country.

I absolutely LOVE learning and i am really enjoying learning so much new material regarding fraud and error in DWP and wider society. I am blown away by the support system available to us apprentices in DWP, so much support and encouragement for us to really do well in our course. I am hoping to pass with flying colours, i want that distinction.
