My role as a work coach is to help guide and support people into work or to get them ready for work.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

With the apprenticeship I enjoy answering questions that give me and the reader an insight on how to handle customer service experience.

the programme is structured really well, with projects and tasks i can do between my job and monthly check ins and catch ups
