Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Carrying out project management activities. Planning scoping working with design to develop efficient valuable suitable products to support our staff and claimants needs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying it as was unable to carry out a degree if it was not for this opportunity. It has been very hard work but worth it for when the result comes.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how I can utilise theories and practices in to my daily job. It has helped with stakeholder management and leadership of both staff and projects

How well organised/structured is your programme?

At the beginning it was very organised and structured. However, with recent changes it has not been as organised as before.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I think this depend on the role and manager you have. The employer has a whole allows time for development but it is always according to business needs. At times I am not able to get the time I need to complete the work so need to do it in my own time
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive lots of help from the provider. They have been really helpful and supportive
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
