The investigation involves identifying and addressing potential cases of benefit fraud. On a day -to- day basis, we gather information, follow various lines of enquiry and systematically work to either prove or disapprove the allegations. this process includes analysing evidence, conducting interviews, and collaborating with relevant agencies to ensure a thorough and fair investigation.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find this program highly engaging and rewarding. The investigative nature keeps things dynamic and I appreciate the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. It has also helped me to grow both professionally and personally, especially in understanding human behaviour and handling situations with empathy and fairness.

I have gained a deep understanding of laws and regulations, strengthening my knowledge on legal requirements, analytical thinking, and reasoning skills. .This has enabled me to assess cases objectively, without making any assumption or bias to influence my judgement. Additionally, it has enhanced my emotional intelligence, allowing me to handle investigations with greater empathy and professionalism.

Training providers offer valuable guidance and support throughout the program. There are quarterly reviews between myself and my benefiting my role. Additionally, we are encouraged to provide the feedback on each modules, ensuring that the training continues to eet our needs and contributes effectively to our work.

My training has significantly helped me perform better in my role. It has equipped me with necessary skills and knowledge to handle tasks more efficiently, make informed decisions, and approach challenges with confidence.
