I have been well supported from my line managers and from higher grades but have not had any contact from DWP's apprenticeship team.

My tutor is always available for me to contact with any enquiries I have. They always respond very quickly.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Minimum wage employer and the work is far more complex than many other minimum wage employment.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Department for Work and Pensions?
The work can either be very complex for the amount of pay you receive and other roles can be quite boring for staff as they can be quite tedious and very repetitive.
