I am a Senior Policy Group Leader, in charge of 3 Teams of approx. 18 -20 people.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It been a challenge but rewarding too

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

yes my skills have been updated, providing me with current information and research, the reflective elements I believe have been wholly positive and improved my management and leadership practice

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

There has been some repetition and some of the modules could have been compressed, however the lecturers have been mostly helpful ad supporting
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has been excellent, they provide the time and my line manager in particular has been excellent , and interested in my development within my coursework
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
The materials are adequate, I believe that more can be done to help the students write in the correct manner and often help them break bad writing habits.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I've enjoyed updating my knowledge and skills, which are clearly transferable to my role and that of my teams.
