Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
2/5
I gather data for different telephony teams to analyse performance for the month. I then run interlocks based on discussing performance. I also review complaints data looking at top themes, trends, forecasting, corrolations and provide outputs of varying levels as well as put together reudction plans.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
I enjoy the actual work that is self-led. Online modules and course work I go through. The reading materials are fine as well. I enjoy what we are learning. It is the organisation that lets the rest down.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
2/5
I am learning SQL and R - neither of which I have used before. The actual content is good and the simulations, the instructors and the residentials are not.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
1/5
It isn't well organised or strcutured at all. My nitial assessor gave no to minimal support and then left. My new assessor was great at the start but is now missing deadlines by over weeks at a time. The residential instructors are below what I would expect as standard. The systems we're supposed to use in residentials are hit and miss. It is entirely chaotic.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My eployer is great and happy to support me as and where they can.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
When I ask for support from my new mentor I do now get it. Before I didn't feel like I did. In the residentials I am unwilling to ask for support as I feel the attitude when asking for support is rude so in my current residential I am not fully learning.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I think once I get internal system access to the relevant systems it will definitely help. The techniques for Excel, Pivots, visulisations, etc will all be really useful in day to day working.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
I am home based so I don't focus on any of these. I believe there are but I don't tend to participate.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Lloyds Banking Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I am happy with the pay. My boss is amazing. But in a sense I feel lucky. I have an exception to office, if I had to travel in 40% of my time it would be a struggle. It depends on your needs from a role.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
Be willing to be travelling to office 40% of the time.
