I mainly enjoy working when the project is interesting and I feel the work I have done is valuable to the project.

Continuously developing CAD skills and engineering problem solving.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very poor from the provider in certain areas with section being unclear and people unhelpful. Arup did step up and give the support required towards the end.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Arup were supportive in most areas but | feel more support from the start would have improved my experience.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

In the end I had some good support but for most of my time there I was unsupported and it was hard to navigate the course with tutors and staff not being clear
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Certain ares the information I gained from the course helped me but I feel the practical work and experience is much more useful.
