On a day-to-day basis, I am responsible for the provision and ownership of software licenses, application versions and package installations.

I enjoy the complexity and variety offered by my role, whilst giving me an opportunity to learn and develop my skills.

I have developed skills in rolling out bulk software patches and managing user computers through domains and directories.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My role is well structured through ticketing systems and this aligns with my apprenticeship journey well. There are milestones along my apprenticeship that ensure I stay on track and can sustainably monitor my progress.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel fully supported by my employer, and they provide mental wellbeing resources and access to services that enable me to be at my best.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I am supported by my training provider and feel like I have constant access to assistance to help me with my apprenticeship.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I will be qualified as an IT Technician, which will enable me to diagnose faults, run maintenance and adhere to group policy in an efficient way.
