I am a HR Shared Service manager and the service owner for on/offboarding for the whole of BT UK and ROI.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme, building and enhancing my skills, however time is an issue - it is a big commitment to dedicate the time required.

Yes I have learned a lot about change and the theories and models used and organisational structures and who goals align to the company vision.

The organisation of the programme is good.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager is very supportive, however as I've mentioned time is an issue as we are going through change and implementation of new systems. Trying to juggle everything is difficult and I have to be very flexible to meet the business needs of BAU.
