Really well, although at time sit can be challenging there is always support.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes new languages part of the .NET Framework and other areas such as CI/ CD , testing, databases as well as project management.

very well organised where the course fits well with the work technology .
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of support when it comes to deadlines and trying to learn something new especially if it is required within the workplace.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Enough but not as much as my employer. The degree is designed so you the apprentice can overcome and problem solve yourself or as a team. The lecturers provide 1-2-1's which can clear up confusion if required.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very well as the modules fit in with the workplace goals and tech stack.

Yes many activities especially to inform people whom may be interested in a degree apprenticeship.

Why?
The work-life balance is great, there are plenty of networking and career opportunities along with social events. The company's mission is clear and they communicate this well to staff.
