Assisting on legal tasks from an administrative point of view
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme. It is time consuming, sometimes testing but all in all if it wasn't then it wouldn't be worth doing. Id recommend to anyone considering to just go for it

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, since beginning my apprenticeship I have become a little more involved in the day to day running of files
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised. I am really impressed with the presentation of it all. I would say it took me a little while to get my head around but thats no reflection on the programme structure itself
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive some support in as much as I get a day out of the office per week to study, I get time out during the week for meetings relative to the apprenticeship and if I need anything else I know I could ask
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Damar are very supportive. I havent really had to ask for much but I know if I did they would be very forthcoming
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me to become more knowledgeable in the tasks I am completing and this helps me to understand more. This is the whole reason I wanted to do the course in the first place so it works really well
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes lots in lots of different genres. There is something for everyone really

I just find them a really reasonable employer. They are flexible and take on board suggestions. I am just really happy here

Just to be your true authentic self. Sounds a bit cheesy but thats what we embrace, everyones individuality
