My job role is Salesforce Administrator and This role is to help customers by customize and managing their Salesforce System based on their business needs. I will also work on data management including exporting, importing the records to maintain data integrity.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy diving into different aspects of Salesforce, from customizing the platform to automating processes and helping users their problems. I have encounter challenges in my work that turns into exciting factor to learn more about the environment.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learned Salesforce automation tools like process builder and flows. Additionally, I have strengthened my skills in configuring fields, setting up dashboards to provide insights to users. I have improved my problem-solving skills by troubleshooting issues and supporting users.

My program is well organised and provides clear roadmap of what I have expected to learn. I have proper training plan for my apprenticeship and I can able to access the learning resources to develop my skills even better.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I'm receiving loads of support from my employer which really helpful throughout my apprenticeship. My line manager is very friendly, providing regular feedback. I'm in wonderful team and they were guiding me in all sorts of support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receiving great support from my LDN Apprenticeships Provider. They providing online modules, Weekly training sessions and offering guidance on specific areas to focus on. I can reach out to my skills coach who can assist with any difficulties in my course work, learning modules.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The skills that I have learned from the online module directly implement into my daily tasks as Salesforce Administrator. This qualification allows me to troubleshoot issues more confidently and enhanced my ability to perform in my role.
