My role is on the service delivery team where I greet customers into the building, answer enquiries and complete appointments.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the work I completed as it was very useful and got lots of support from my coach.

Yes, completing my apprenticeship I have gained lots of knowledge that support my role.

It is very well organised and structured and had set dates when I had to complete my activities which helped me with targets and goals.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I had lots of support if I needed help with an activity, they completed observations and personal development plans which were then used as a part of my showcase for the EPA.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider was very supportive and motivated me throughout the apprenticeship providing lots of resources and useful information.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I learned lots of new things that help me on a day-to-day basis in my role, it has increased my confidence and am now able to answer enquiries with all the correct information.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes I have applied for events such as Summer School; I complete a variety of training courses with other organisations and departments.
