Managing digital services to investigate and fix any issues to prevent any downtime to essential systems across the DWP.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

While still early, everyone I have interacted with so far has been great. I very much am enjoying the programme.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

While still very early in the role, I am developing my knowledge of each system and their functions to ensure they are working correctly.

Very well organised and structured with a precise schedule to follow over the net year and a half.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer supports me at every step through the apprenticeship and is always malleable to help fit my learning needs.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support, mostly in the form of 3 days a month learning and regular progress meetings. They are also available for me to contact separately if I have any issues.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It will be very useful for the role as everyone else on the team without it tends to only specialise in one particular field whereas I will be helping all different sections.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
