Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a second-year apprentice building surveyor, my role has evolved significantly. I now spend a lot of time shadowing senior colleagues on site surveys, contributing to designated sections of reports, and taking on leadership responsibilities in team activities. I also provide support to senior colleagues as needed, allowing me to gain experience in different areas of my role.
In addition to my day to day job, I prioritise completing university coursework on time and meeting all deadlines.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience on the CBRE programme so far, as it has provided me with a unique opportunity to apply knowledge learnt from my university studies to my day-to-day role job. The programme's blend of academic and practical learning has allowed me to excel in my studies. This success is primarily due to the support and guidance I have received from my colleagues and mentors.
The team culture at CBRE is amazing, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, motivation, and continuous learning. The support and encouragement I have received from my team has been invaluable, and I feel inspired to work harder and strive for excellence in my role. The programme's structure and resources have also enabled me to develop a strong sense of purpose and direction, which has further enhanced my enjoyment and engagement with the programme.

They consistently demonstrate a commitment to my development, providing guidance and feedback on my university work and day-to-day tasks.
