I enjoy the programme very much. It brings back the practical experience to its roots of academic learning, theoretical frameworks and studying for skills development that are immediately applicable on the job.

Yes there are a plethora of local activities like fully equipped gym, sports clubs, etc.

BT provides a super working environment to learn new skills, latest technology and solving key problems. There is also plenty of different roles for someone to move and develop a career pathway with personal growth.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT Group?
BT is a big organisation offering plenty of opportunity in technology/digital careers and multiple pathways to grow in such as finance, strategy, marketing/commercial.
