My role includes carrying out internal audits for public and social sector clients. Working on new areas each week, reviewing the compliances of internal controls within our clients operations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Everyone is the organisation is very friendly and kind. The work can sometimes be tedious and the pay could be better.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

If you are doing the ACA, there is clear guidance on how this should be completed and where you need to be at different points. If you are doing a different qualification I think there is much less guidance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is a lot of support from more senior staff who have completed exams and can provide guidance, early careers can sometimes be slow are providing help
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The college classes are very useful and help you to pass the exams, however, the training provider can be chaotic when organising stuff, but if you are on top of what needs to be done this is not a problem
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It often does not directly link to the work performed, but the skills you learn in doing them are transferable
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I am part of the social committee and run club. There is also many more sports clubs which you can join
