Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves coaching leadership and teams on Agile. Helping to change ways of working and mindsets. It entails using the principles of Agile to help the teams in building software and products for the market.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy the structure of the program and the workload. The instructors are also very helpful.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have been able to develop mu coaching skills with the program.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is a very well organised structure, with well defined outcomes. The program looks that the theory of the practice and help to create a better understanding of the Job role.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have received a lot of support from my manager. He has ensured I spend the right amount of time on the program, so has helped me manage my work load.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training providers has also been very supportive, making out time to respond to questions and providing clarity on the work required to be done.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i feel this qualification / program is improving how i perform on my job. I am not able to understand better various challenges i face, and how to deal with them.
