Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
manage various projects that include Core and RAN in the mobile network. Including reporting, stakeholder management, meetings, document logging, being awaring and actioning risks and issues.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoyed learning how to do the job properly

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, the tools and methods used within project management that i was not taught by BT. I found the course very helpful in widening my PM knowledge

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
It could have been better organised, it was too much too fast which is not ideal when you have 3 projects to also manage
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
Not much initially, i have had 3 projects which has made it quite difficult to find time to do my apprenticeship work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
My third tutor and she is very knowledgeable and supportive. Having previous tuturos that moved on during the course was not ideal as each did things different ways
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
It helps me perform my role a lot better as i have the knowledge of what i should have been doing all along which was not provided by the business when i started and worked as a PM
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
No
