I do alot of software development and analysing using our software called Apptio.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the team i work within and find my work interesting as well as the apprenticeship programme itself was great and taught me alot.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes plenty. Some of these skills are software development, excel skills, collaboration, communicating, confidence. The apprenticeship has helped me massively in all scales of life.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

i thought to begin with the programme was very well organised but once we began our roles we didnt have as much support as i expected.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has been excellent and ive formed great relationships with the people i work with. Couldnt have asked for more from my employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Babington was also great with me. My trainer was excellent and always on hand if i needed some support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I enjoyed both my job role and qualification programme but they were very different so i think they didnt hve much in common with each other therefore not really enabling me to perform better in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Lots of activities to get involved in if thats what your into. My office has great facilities such as football pitches, full size gym, olympic swimming pool and tennis courts so plenty to do exercise wise.
