Meeting with various professionals throughout the industry, to update, progress and develop their projects schedules. Also to keep your team accountable to tasks that need to be done.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it to a great extent as the team of people I work with and have met are all eager to help my development and were very welcoming when I joined. I also enjoy the work I do as it is very interesting and I get exposure to all different areas of the business.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new software skills, and also developed skills such as communication, organisation and teamwork.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very structured, there is organised apprentice development sessions every month, and the apprentice development team are constantly in touch. There is also calls to check in and express and concerns you may have
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive adequate support from my employer so I can be supported and develop but also drive my own career.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have a catch up with someone from the training provider to discuss my progress. Tasks are set online for us to complete and there is a student help hub on UCEM if we have any concerns.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel it does help me perform better in my role as I am learning about the industry as a whole and it helps me to understand more about my job
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are a lot of networking events we can get involved in throughout the year, and also social activities at least once a month for the whole office to attend. There are also clubs such as run club.
