Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

In my role i support the Relationship Manager in providing the best possible service for the customer. On a day to day basis, i could be dealing with request's from customers, meeting with customers, carrying out technical tasks behind the scenes

5/5
I am enjoying the Apprenticeship because of the Hands on Learning, as well as the support i am getting from colleges in my work and development

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
A new skill I have learned would be data Analysis, when a customer comes out for a loan what drives the amount they can take out as well as the rates etc

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
I would say it is pretty organised as they send out a pack with all deadlines for each task
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a lot of support from my employer, I am given time to work on my apprenticeship. And a few people in the team i work in have been in the apprenticeship programme and can provide help where needed. as well as this i have a Apprentice Champion who helps if needed
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I receive enough support from BPP we have calls at least once a month and they are contactable when ever i need them
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel my apprenticeship will be able to provide a lot more details about what goes on in the background in my role, and it provides some role specific work so i will be able to learn the practical and theory side of the apprenticeship
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
yea the Apprenticeship council orginize social events all the time as well as this so do the early talent team. When i joined the bank as an apprentice, the whole cohort went to Gogarburn office
