Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am involved in many different processes within the team, we are all assign a health check which means we are meant to stay onto of the health of a platform for that week and then you rotate onto the next platform. I am also using logic apps to help automate a lot of our processes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have deeply enjoyed the program so far, i have learnt plenty and i am only 2 modules in!

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes i have learnt many new skills, some such as project management skills and risk assessing skills and also just basic computer skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is pretty well structures, i have a course lead who is there to answer all my questions and i have rarely even needed him as all the information needed is provided.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive a lot of support, they allocate me a full day towards my apprenticeship which i make sure to utilise as much as possible.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
A lot, any questions i have i can go to my course lead and he will help answer anything i cant.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have learnt many things so far that i am able to bring back to my day to day role such as project management skills.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes there are plenty, however i have been busy and havent attended any.
