My current role involves supporting the business with its sector support operations helping with document auditing processes alongside my apprentice role.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the learning side of the apprenticeship however the provider of the job role can make some aspects of fulfilling your full capabilities in programme, a bit difficult,

Well structured with clear learning plans, dates for exams and studies all clearly laid out with any changes communicated way in advance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They are very supportive being keen to help me with as much data and info with regards to supporting a robust portfolio however it depends where you get placed as to how easy or supportive management may be.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

a lot of support and the coaches are always on hand to support you when you need a hand or want to schedule a zoom with them to ask questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

it hasnt much since my prog is very customer focused however where i was placed was not customer facing at all and this presents a large challenge to me

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest Group?
Go for it! even if you have no bank knowledge like i didnt and never saw myself working for them it is one of the best decisions ive ever made.
