I really enjoy the programme and working for a company like NatWest makes it even better. They ensure I have the time in the week to complete my apprenticeship work successfully.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I now have a good overview of banking, and because of the job you develop good financial sector knowledge. You develop good face to face customer skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program is very structured, you get all the key dates at the start of your apprenticeship, and if you miss one of the sessions because due to circumstances you couldn’t make it. They make sure all the sessions are recorded so you don’t fall behind.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We get lots of support, not only from the apprenticeship team and managers but also everyone in our office is happy to help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

As much as you need, if you need more support you can also contact your BPP representative.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

100% better the apprenticeship gives you an academic advantage that you can implement into your everyday role

There are more than I can count. Within the office we have already organised certain charity events and sporting challenges for this year
